Lani Morrell

Lani graduated from Matapuna Training Centre with national certificates in Computing levels 2 & 3 and Business Administration 2 & 3.
 
After completing her study at Matapuna, Lani ventured on her quest to look for work in Australia. She has since moved to Townsville, Australia, with her partner and daughter and is currently working as the receptionist for the Townsville Water Reticulation Department of the Townsville City Council.
 
There is absolutely no doubt that the fantastic achievements Lani gained at Matapuna has assisted her to secure employment at the Townsville City Council.

Chae Whaitiri

Who would have thought this once shy and reserved young lady would become the confident and assertive woman she is today.
 
By the time Chae had finished her studies at Matapuna, she was ready to "take on the world”.
Not only did Che qualify with a National Certificate in Computing Level 2 and Business Administration Levels 2 & 3, she also obtained loads of self confidence.
 
Chae now works full-time in the Hospitality industry for Wild Café. This gives her the opportunity to support herself while contemplating the next step up in her learning journey.

Jana Ruru

Jana enrolled on a computing course. She was a motivated young lady who gave everything a go.  She always had a smile on her face.   Jana graduated with a number of national certificates including a National Certificate in Business Administration Level 2, and a National
Certificate in Computing Level 2. She left to become a receptionist for the Tairawhiti Museum but now works in the front office of a local medical centre, Puhi Kaiti, (Ngati Porou Hauora) Kaiti Mall. 

Karla Hei

Karla was employed as a Receptionist for Woodward Chrisp Legal Law Firm immediately after leaving Matapuna but has now moved into a secretarial role.   

Nadine Corbet

Nadine graduated with several national certificates in computing at Level 2 and 3 and went on to complete assessor and moderation qualifications.  She is currently employed with Matapuna Training Centre and tutors computing skills with youth as well as part time administration.
