Computing/Employment Skills - Kickstart

Learn Microsoft Office 2010 to help prepare you for a job using computers or for entry into a level 2 or 3 qualification. You will learn to create documents for both personal and business use and build a platform of core computer skills that will enhance your employment options. Learn email and internet as well as a range of office equipment.  

Employment Skills

You will be assessed on entry to identify the skills you need for employment or further training. Help with workplace literacy and numeracy available. Prepare a CV and gain job seeking skills to prepare for an interview.  Work experience included if you are work ready.  Gym and Personal Trainer on site to improve your health for the workplace. Gain your driver licence.

  • Higher tertiary education - range of options depending on interest area / fee paying courses

  • NC in Computing Level 2
  • NC in Employment Skills Level 1
  • NCEA Levels 1 – 2
